Although hypnosis most of us associate with the client sitting in a comfortable chair with the therapist standing or sitting hypnosis giving orders suggestive. The truth is that there are many ways and techniques you can learn about self hypnosis so that we have total control of our mind. With these techniques you will be the manager of your own mind. The first step is to decide what we aim for self hypnosis: What is really trying to discover or achieve? As soon as you have defined your goal with the self hypnosis session, keep to this goal. Never want to select multiple targets and solve everything in one session. You simply will not be able to do that, but instead of creating even more problems to try that. In what way should be the suggestions that we implement?.

You must always be positive and improve their quality of life. Never use suggestions like "I will learn to bungee-jump, no matter how I'm scared." With this one having more fear. So wipe all negative words when making suggestions and replace them with positive words like "I look forward to bungee-jump and thus have the fantastic feeling of freedom when flying in the air."

The suggestions we make should be easy to remember. Let's say you want to communicate better with other people, then you can make such a suggestion, like, "I am a very good communicator." Once done, add note all the reasons why you want to achieve that goal. Each time you repeat the statement, see that you succeed in strengthening the message in your subconscious mind. Also is important that the suggestions made are short, direct and specific, like "I eat only healthy food".

Perform self hypnosis sessions with tranquility, which will not be disturbed. Turn off your phone and wear comfortable. The best position is to be comfortable in a chair with your back straight.

o Focus on a point slightly above your eye level.
o Take deep breaths while repeating to yourself the word "Relax".

o Float by the senses, feel the weight of his body in bed or chair, the temperature of your skin, hear the sounds, etc.

o You should now be relaxed enough to start the replay of your suggestions or statements to your subconscious mind. Repeat three times each proposal with a short break in between. When you are finished with your suggestions, imagine that gradually rise again to the top of the stairs.
o Now, the period of self hypnosis is over and are back in their normal state of mind.
